Mechanical Engineer in Training – Piping Engineering department Secunda Office
Company Description:
Plant Design and Project Services (PDPS) is a multi-discipline engineering design and construction company. The company has been providing a comprehensive range of technical, engineering (Detailed designs, Engineering assistance on projects, etc.), maintenance, construction and project management services to clients and project houses in selected market segments which include the power generation, chemical and petrochemical industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Successful applicants will be trained in the Piping Engineering field. This will include problem solving with regards to issues found in existing running plants as well as the detail design and engineering related to new plants.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer: BEng, BSc Eng. (0-1 year), final year students to be Considered.
- Valid driver’s license
- Relocation to Secunda
Requirements (Advantageous):
- Own transport
- Good communication skills
- Leadership and organisational skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
