As part of our Built Environment Unit, you will be a key member of the delivery team designing and constructing a wide range of projects. Your accuracy, drive for standardisation and eye for detail will assist our team to co-create an engineered impact to our clients. Your structural design skills and knowledge, inclusive any post grad courses (if applicable), will see you working with our team to co-create engineering solution.
Role Responsibilities:
- Integrate into a team of designers, engineers, technicians, and modellers
- Coordinating the design and construction of the relevant building such as warehouses, education and sports facilities, hospitals, commercial buildings
- Co-ordinating with other disciplines
- Site inspections and supervision
- Perform detailed calculations for structural designs
- Be responsible for reinforcement detailing and the preparation of structural drawings (including modelling in Revit)
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, B.Eng. (Civil)
- MEng in structural engineering will be advantageous
- A willingness to learn and investigate technological systems
- A strong interest in working on innovative and complex projects
- A passion for design data management and coding (beneficial)
- BIM and Revit experience is an advantage.
