Intern: System and Process Auditor
We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our IT team in Cape Town! If you have a passion for all things systems and audit related, along with a National diploma or degree in the audit / cost accounting field, apply now!
Job Summary:
Conduct monthly audits of all electronic systems and processes in WastePlan (or any of its subsidiaries). Assess the accuracy of information, system and process adoption rates, adequacy and training requirements. Provide daily updates to the company systems dashboard to reflect the current status of each system module or set of processes, suggest possible improvements to existing processes or modules. The goal of this function is to achieve and maintain a high level of data accuracy and system adoption, thereby allowing the company to make the right business decisions and limit the risks caused by deviations from set processes.
Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in the Audit / Cost Accounting field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
- Proficiency in MSSQL / MySQL is an advantage (can be learned on the job)
- Possession of a valid drivers’ license is an advantage
Recruitment Specialist Intern
Seeking a graduate with a passion for recruitment and excellent people skills. This role is based in Denver, Johannesburg
Job Description:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment processes and HR office administration. Responsible for assisting the Recruitment Specialist with recruiting processes, identifying potential candidates, and supporting onboarding procedures. Create job postings on the organization’s job boards and other online platforms, schedule interviews, screen CV’s and collect other requirements from the successful candidate.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification (HR / Psychology related)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be well presented, professional and have excellent communication skills
