We are inviting motivated and hardworking University Graduates for a 12-month Internship at our company based in Kuils River.
The focus of this Internship will be to support the general administration of our HR and Payroll processes.
Available immediately and must reside in the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with projects and research
- Assist with payroll processes
- Quality check documentation
- Industrial relations procedures
- Training & development processes
- Assist with recruitment & selection
- Assist with taking minutes of meetings
- Co-ordinate employee events
- General administration i.e. scanning & filing of personnel records
Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in HR Management
- Computer Literate (Ms Office)
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail are essential
- Must be able to communicate well on all levels
- Great administration skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Available immediately
- Must reside in the Western Cape
