Sol Plaatjie University invites unemployed graduates to apply for a 6-month Graduate / Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.

Salary: R5 000.00 monthly stipend
Location: Kimberley, Northern Cape, South Africa
Closing Date: 07 July 2023
This Graduate Internship programme aims to create temporary opportunity for unemployed South African graduates between the ages (18-35) who have completed thier studies.
This programme will offer opportunities for graduates to gain useful university-based experience in a range of areas that can improve their readiness for employment and open career pathways that may not have been available without work experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- An NQF level 6 qualification in the below fields of study obtained from any South African university.
- South African citizen, between the ages of 18 to 35
- Applicants must unemployed and never participated in an internship.
- Applicants are restricted to applying for only three (3) positions.
The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:
Graduate Internship: Internal Audit
Qualifications:
- An NQF level 6 qualification in;-
- Internal Auditing
- Accounting
- Risk Management
- Financial Management
- With Accounting / Risk Management/ Financial Management the candidate must have Auditing as a subject preferably at third year level.
Graduate Internship: Institutional Advancement
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Marketing,
- Communications,
- Journalism,
- Public Relations
- Or in a similar field
Graduate Internship: ICT
Qualifications:
- NQF 6 Diploma in Information Communication and Technology
Graduate Internship: Student Affairs
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor‘s Degree in;-
- Humanities
- Commerce
- Sciences
- Management and/or
- Education
Graduate Internship: School of Education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts
Graduate Internship: Facilities
Qualifications:
- Diploma in;-
- Management
- Hospitality Management
Graduate Internship: Library
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce in ;-
- Accounting
- Economics
Graduate Internship: HR
Qualifications:
- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology
- Previous exposure to administer assessment batteries and In-baskets assessment will be an added advantage
- HCCA registration
Graduate Internship: Finance
Qualifications:
- BCom Degree
Graduate Internship: School of Natural and Applied Sciences
Qualifications:
