Purpose of the Job:

Providing opportunity for a qualified Organisational / Industrial Psychology intern to obtain practical experience in talent, culture, leadership selection and development as well as diversity and inclusion.

Key Accountabilities:

Talent Management

  • Assisting with data, analytics and reporting
  • Co-ordination of talent development interventions
  • Writing of minimum standards
  • Research
  • Creating talent pools
  • Talent mapping
  • Co-ordinating Talent and psychometric assessments



Leadership selection & development

  • Shortlisting and summary report of applications
  • Supporting with onboarding processes
  • Preparation of interview booklets
  • Research
  • Co-ordination of leadership development interventions / programmes
  • Assisting with reporting

Culture, diversity & inclusion

  • Assisting in drafting culture content (e.g values moments)
  • Assisting with culture related assessments (focus groups, climate surveys and 360 survey support)
  • Assisting with data, analytics and reporting
  • Intervention development and execution
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of interventions
  • Research



Formal Education:

  • A Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
  • Data science qualification would be advantageous

Minimum Experience:

  • Some practical experience in organisational and industrial psychology (wish).
  • Work experience or academic research in talent, culture, leadership selection and development and diversity and inclusion
  • Comprehensive academic knowledge of organisational and industrial psychology (essential).
  • Additional basic knowledge related to in talent, culture, leadership selection and development, diversity and inclusion will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of data science would be beneficial
