Purpose of the Job:
Providing opportunity for a qualified Organisational / Industrial Psychology intern to obtain practical experience in talent, culture, leadership selection and development as well as diversity and inclusion.
Key Accountabilities:
Talent Management
- Assisting with data, analytics and reporting
- Co-ordination of talent development interventions
- Writing of minimum standards
- Research
- Creating talent pools
- Talent mapping
- Co-ordinating Talent and psychometric assessments
Leadership selection & development
- Shortlisting and summary report of applications
- Supporting with onboarding processes
- Preparation of interview booklets
- Research
- Co-ordination of leadership development interventions / programmes
- Assisting with reporting
Culture, diversity & inclusion
- Assisting in drafting culture content (e.g values moments)
- Assisting with culture related assessments (focus groups, climate surveys and 360 survey support)
- Assisting with data, analytics and reporting
- Intervention development and execution
- Facilitation and co-ordination of interventions
- Research
Formal Education:
- A Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- Data science qualification would be advantageous
Minimum Experience:
- Some practical experience in organisational and industrial psychology (wish).
- Work experience or academic research in talent, culture, leadership selection and development and diversity and inclusion
- Comprehensive academic knowledge of organisational and industrial psychology (essential).
- Additional basic knowledge related to in talent, culture, leadership selection and development, diversity and inclusion will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of data science would be beneficial
