Psybergate is looking for passionate young people looking to build a career in software development for our August 2022 Graduate Programme.
Our Graduate Programme is an intense 12-month, full-time programme that builds on the academic knowledge acquired during university studies.
During the initial 4-6 months our graduates are mentored by seasoned software developers that focus on key programming principles and growing core skills in Java and JEE/Spring. Extensive programming exercises and personal feedback help to prepare our graduates to build real-world enterprise solutions for clients when they are deployed to their first projects in the latter half of the year.
Our Graduates Gain:
- Strong Mentoring in Software Development Fundamentals / Principles that transcend Java and JEE / Spring.
- Industry-based experience.
- Mentoring in wider professional and personal skills, including communication, productivity, and personal finance.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s, Honour’s or Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines;-
