IT Support is recognised for excellence in providing awesome service and building rewarding relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for assisting the current helpdesk advisors on all technical aspects to ensure improved service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver a service with the best possible solution within OUTsurance standards and procedures
- Supporting of all OUTsurance’s in-house programs,
- Keep abreast of the latest technology in the industry, both Hardware and Software.
- Support of basic voice enquiries
- Support of all (desktop) Microsoft Applications
- Ability to guide Staff members on technical issues
- Technical knowledge sharing amongst all support team members and ensuring effective communication within the rest of the team
- Build a relationship with the users and ensuring that the customer’s needs are met,
- Preventative maintenance Administration – Procedures.

Qualifications:
- Matric
- IT qualification
- Computer literate (Excellent skills in both Hardware and Software)

- You may not have worked in the past 6 months
- Your qualification needs to be completed and on the INSETA qualification registry
