Qualifications:
- Matric
- HR Related Qualification
- 2 years HR experience
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to multi task
- English – Business Professional
Duties:
- Recruitment – advertise vacancies, screen CV’s, shortlist, attend interviews, reference checks.
- Minute taking
- Transcribing of Disciplinaries
- Prepare HR documents
- Drafting notices
- Onboarding and orientation
- Assist with CCMA cases
- Issuing company uniform
- Reporting of Biometric System
- Assist with quarterly stock takes
- Assist with investigations
- Assist with HR related queries and requestes
