Role Purpose
- To assist with administration and the recruitment team in sourcing.
Role Requirements
ADMINISTRATION:
- End to end HR administration support
- Attending to all HR related queries including payroll support
- Forming and maintaining employee records
RECRUITMENT:
- Place adverts on job sites.
- Screen applications according to job specifications.
- Conduct telephonic interviews with screened shortlist.
- Schedule interviews with Managers.
- Gather feedback from managers.
- Schedule 2nd interviews.
- Conduct background checks including reference checks
- Compile employee files with all relevant documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- 1+ years’ experience within the same or similar role
- Tertiary education within HR
