HR Clerk/Admin role
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist BU People Team members with Adhoc projects
- Prepare, maintain and review employee related documents
- Proofread materials for correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining departmental files
- Communicate updates orally or in writing to BU People team members
- Process documents (i.e. insurance claims)
- Maintaining data (Workday, SAP Payroll etc.)
- Maintaining and resolving tickets
- Perform any other task or function assigned.
Education/Certifications:
- Tertiary Qualification in HR or related field of study
