A new and unique luxury hotel in Skukuza is seeking Business Administrator intern to join the team. The hotel is situated in a unique setting in one of the world’s most iconic national parks – with lions, leopards and elephants as your neighbours – if this excites you, and you are an organised, smart and enthusiastic individual this might just be your dream job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist with researching and administrating support to the management.
- Development and maintenance of an efficient, appropriate and an easy to use filing system, including an electronic filing system.
- Assist with managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date (electronic) contact list.
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments in a manner that ensures appropriate balancing of priorities.
- Preparing ‘meeting files’ and collating all relevant and necessary documents including the. arranging of meeting rooms.
- Making necessary travelling and accommodation arrangements.
- Support management with whatever necessary to manage the day to day activities efficiently.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- National Diploma in Business Administration.
- Be goal-driven and an inherent learn player with attention to details.
- Be willing to be the all-rounders for Hospitality Administration and assist with all relevant daily tasks in assigned.
