Ithala SOC limited is offering 2 Graduate programmes which are supported by BANKSETA AND FASETA both programme aims to help unemployed South African, KwaZulu-Natal based graduate gain employment experience in the financial services industry.
This is a 12-month programme providing professional exposure to different roles within Ithala.
Successful candidates will be selected based on specific requirements and will sign a 12-months fixed-term employment contract. The recipients of this programme will be given a learner allowance from BANKSETA stipend is R4 500 AND FASETA stipend is R5 000 per month for the duration of this programme. Upon successful completion of the programme candidates will be awarded with a certificate of completion.
The following entry requirements must be met in order to be considered for this Learnership:
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 to 35 years’ old
- Have successfully completed their Undergraduate qualification.
- Basic Computer literacy.
- Speaking, reading and writing English skills.
- Highest level of integrity and judgment.
- Not permanently employed.
- Knowledge in working with spreadsheets
- Time management skills.
- Not registered on any other learnership/graduate programme
