The graduate programme is 12 months in duration, after which we aim to absorb graduates into permanent positions.
Fields of Study:
Grindrod Limited has an opportunity available for 12 graduates to be placed in the following departments / divisions;-
- Finance,
- IT,
- Commercial,
- Operations,
- Engineering, and
- Logistics.
Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for well-rounded individuals who have excelled in their chosen field of studies and are eager to grow.
A degree is essential, and candidates must possess skills to embrace real-world challenges — innovative thinkers, energised and passionate about delivering out-of-the-box solutions for a smarter and more sustainable future.
