We are looking for a graduate to join our Business Logistics team, based in Pinetown. - Participate in a 12 month program within the Business Logistic organisation while challenging yourself and others,
- Actively engage with stakeholders and being motivated to achieve goals and learn new things;
- Participate in a program based on real responsibilities and individual development milestones that shape and build a strong career;
- Focus on learning through relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and goals;
- Learn and understand Essity global organisation, processes, systems, tools, functional and leadership capabilities;
- Demonstrate growth while delivering concrete results and solutions to the business;
- Align and demonstrate the organizational culture and our beliefs.
Requirements:
- Must have a completed University Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics;
- Maximum 2 years work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but experience in relevant field/industry is an advantage;
- Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills;
- Must have excellent numerical reasoning skills, analytical with meticulous attention to detail;
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening);
- Strong learning agility, self-leader and ability to adapt to change;
- Must be responsible, accountable and have courage;
- Must be fluent in English.
