East Coast Radio is looking for a Marketing Intern to focus on Branding and Events. The successful incumbent should be self driven, eager to take on challenges and able to multi task within a dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Branding
-
- Management of marketing materials/branding and collateral.
- Responsible for the Marketing storeroom, ensuring its neat and always organised.
- Responsible for delivering, setting up, setting down of all station branding where required.
- Collect all and any branding from suppliers/events.
- Outside Broadcasts/Presenter appearances/Events/Partnerships
- Responsible for setting up all station branding at all events/media partnerships/Outside broadcasts/CSI Events/Station events.
- Represent the brand at all events/media partnerships/Outside broadcasts/CSI Events/Station events by assisting producers and presenters with any request.
- Manage all bookings/schedules for all branding, outside broadcast, media partnerships etc for station initiatives/events.
- Responding to general marketing queries.
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
- Process all payments/invoices on the payment portal for the department.
- Participates as a member of the marketing team.
- Execute any tasks that may reasonably be expected.
- Required to work weekends and early morning/late nights.
- Required to travel for work to different locations across KZN at all times.
- Required to assist reception by answering phone calls and emails.
- Follow up on and provide feedback on tasks.
- Receive, review and get approval on all work you are assigned to.
- Complete all tasks delegated by your line manager.
- Meet deadlines on delegated tasks /Consistently manage own priorities to achieve all deliverables.
- Act as part of the team and always assist other members of the team to achieve common goals.
