Key Purpose:
The successful applicant will support the HR Team with day to day HR administration and will be an integral part of the Integrated Business Solutions Team assisting with, but not limited to the following: Recruitment administration, HR Administration, Reporting, Data Capturing, Filing, Project Administration etc.
Key Outputs:
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions;-
- Recruitment administration, screening candidates
- HR Administration,
- Payroll administration, and payroll input
- Reporting,
- Data Capturing,
- Filing,
- Project Administration etc.

Education and Experience
Education:
- Minimum 3 years related qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology (Completed)
- Highly proficient MS Office Skills
Experience:
- Experience in recruiting of scarce skills
- 1 year’s multi-skilled recruitment experience in a large corporation
- Proficient on the SmartPeople (Success Factor) System
- Completing and sending recruitment updates weekly to Management team
- Weekly recruitment meetings with the HR team for updates and assistance
