- Assist in organising and maintaining IT resources
- Provide support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data centre management

- Support the team in managing internal and external communications
- Support implementation plans for organisational and employee engagement efforts
- Support internal customers with communication efforts
- Support with the development of employee communication materials
- Provide support in the development of content for social media platforms

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the team in all training activities
- Support Learning & Development events and projects
- Support the Learning & Development team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities
- Provide support in preparation of communications and presentations for training courses / content
- Assist in managing and monitoring course release calendars and communication of training content
- Assist in tracking training completion across all training programs managed by the Learning & Development team
- Support in the management of training plans
