Junior IT Support Intern
Duties:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to all users (Staff and Students)
- Update and maintain inventories
- Assist with scheduling of Online classes on company system
- Provide day-to-day technical support to all users (Staff and Students)
- Administer, install, configure, and troubleshoot the MS operating systems and products installed on those systems including Office 365
- Installation and maintenance of network and standalone printers
- Troubleshoot network connectivity including LAN, WAN, and hardware related faults
- Help on antivirus products/ Network Security
- Troubleshooting of connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot hardware-related faults
- Monitoring connectivity alerts and backup alerts
- Provide basic end-user training
- Compile and assist with daily incidents, service requests and change management reporting
- Constructively participate as a member of the wider IT Department
- Undertake any other tasks or once-off projects which may be assigned from time-to-time
- Demonstrate professional skills and a high standard of integrity.
Requirements:
- Matric
- A+ & N+ / IT Technical Support Level 4 or higher
- At least 1 year experience in helpdesk
Social Media Marketing Intern
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Design content for social media with Adobe Suite / Canva
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Linkedin advertising
- SEO knowledge would be advantageous.
- Adhere to rules and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook
Animation Intern
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with graphic designers to ensure designs are implemented to brief.
- Create animations for event and marketing videos
- Edit video and record audio for animations
- Adapt promotional artwork for video production
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Produce creative promotional artwork
- Keep up with industry trends
- Create animations for event and marketing videos – explainer videos
- Edit video and record audio for animations
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification in Animation /Digital Design
- A portfolio of motion graphics work
- After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4d
- Experience in Animation
- Experience in Graphic Design
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of common motion graphics design software
