Main Job Function:
- Act as liaison between branch and head office level. Ensure HR head office is always updated on all HR related matters.
- Escalate all HR related issues to HR head office timeously.
- Obtain quality information of new employees and ensuring all new employees are loaded on the clocking machine.
- Timeous submission of new starter packs to head office.
- Maintenance of timekeeping for all staff. Provide payroll/clocking clerks with timeous and accurate clocking information.
- Regular maintenance of probation reviews.
- Liase with head office to prepare notification of hearings where required.
- Guide management with assistance from head office with disciplinary issues such as warnings, counselling sessions, grievances etc.
- Prepare CCMA bundles, prepare witnesses and administration for CCMA matters.
- Ensure EE meetings are being conducted and the file is maintained at each branch.
- Ensure Branch is compliant with Employment Equity requirements.
- Ensure the leave scheduling is done.
- Conduct audits on employee files and general information on an ad hoc basis.
- Getting job profiling signed off for all staff and management timeously.
- Focus on communication and guidance with staff and Management to minimise conflict and unrest in the workplace.
- Get timeous sign off on all documentation and submit to head office HR timeously.
- Collecting leave forms and sick notes and forward timeously to payroll/clocking clerks.

Experience and Qualification:
- 3 + years in HR administrations
- Industrial HR administration
- Motor Industry experience will be advantageous
- HR Degree / Diploma
- Microsoft (all suites) – Intermediate
