The role will provide the successful graduate the opportunity to gain experience as first line support of Systems and Applications. The graduate will gain exposure to the inner workings of a growing multinational. The Tsebo Solutions Academy will ensure the successful Graduate in Training has a comprehensive program where they will undergo relevant work experience, to enhance their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced IT professional within the Tsebo Solutions Group IT Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A comprehensive Internship Programme will be designed in line with the Senior IT manager and will be focused on Applications Support. The main responsibilities will include but not be limted to the following;-
- First Line Support of IT Applications
- Escalate and follow up calls with 2nd line support
- Escalate and follow up calls with Partners
- Monitor and manage IT Applications Service Desk
- Assist in periodic reporting on Application Calls
A monthly stipend will be offered to the graduate.
The successful graduate must be able to make a minimum commitment of of 5 days a week during the duration of the programme during Business hours.

Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to recently qualified graduates with a Tertiary Degree with a strong focus on Informatics, Business Intelligence and Data Science in their IT qualification
- Must be able to be able to commute and work in the Tsebo Office Park in Sandton
