Toyota Boshoku South Africa (TBS) is offering a unique development opportunity for suitably qualified and unemployed graduates, who desire to be an integral part of the BSA talent pool.
The programme offers graduates an opportunity to gain on the job practical work experience for a period of 24 months. Graduates in the above fields are invited to apply as follows:
Requirements:
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- Must demonstrate that you have graduated and/or completed your degree and/or diploma (in the fields as listed above).
- Must not be part of a Graduate programme OR have previously partaken in a Graduate programme.
Relevant Qualifications:
- Matric and
- National Diploma / Degree (360 Credits) in the following streams;-
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Software Development
Competencies:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great work ethic and an appetite for learning and developing new skills.
- The ability to work within a team and build working relationships.
