Responsibilities and Duties
These include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the execution of projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy of Sanofi CHC products
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Consumer Insights, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Medical Affairs, Trade & Revenue and Finance to ensure that all initiatives support the brand plans.
- Support in managing vendor partners and communication agencies (creative, media and promotional), and all aspects of their projects.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns including where applicable planning, implementation and monitoring of brand events
- Administration of marketing budget through the PO tracker and E-Buy requests
- Load all marketing contracts on E-Contract
- Maintain, monitor and track promotional materials inventory internally and at external warehouse
- Assist with the management of promotional material approval process and execution via liaison with the agency, medical and regulatory departments and uploading of internal approval systems
- Work with sales representatives to evaluate & review efficacy of tactical implementation in field
- Assist with new product development where applicable
- Assist with collation, preparation and the presentation of in-market activity including competitor information
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing requests as they arise
Education:
- IMM Diploma or related Marketing tertiary qualification
