The EFF President Julius Malema applies to the High Court to have President Ramaphosa’s CR17 bank statements unsealed
- EFF to take to Pretoria High Court the arguments or having CR17 Campaign bank statements unsealed.
- EFF wants to know the main fundraisers of CR17.The matter will be heard and tried in court on the 16th and 17th of March 2021.
- Adv. Ishmael Semenya SC will be the one presiding at the proceedings.
Johannesburg – The President of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and his party initiated an application in the Pretoria High Court with the sole aim of disclosing the RSA President Cyril Ramaphosa’s CR17 Campaign banks statements unsealed and perusal to the public.
Malema’s been yearning to have and be cognisant of the contents of the CR17 bank statements, which if accessed by him, would be able to know the fundraisers of the campaign thereof.
Malema took to Twitter to show his fans that he has succeeded in the furnishing of application to unseal the sealed CR17 bank statements.
“The EFF application to unseal CR17 bank statements is set down for 16 and 17 March 2021 in Pretoria High Court. EFF is the main Applicant and Adv. Ishmael Semenya SC will be leading arguments for the fighters,” said Malema.
