Matric results day for DBE Class of 2020 is here

Tembisa – The day we have been waiting for is here, we know how Department of Basic Education (DBE) performed, overall 76,2% pass rate is being achieved, with a 5,1% drop when contrasted to the previous years.

AfriForum blames the Department’s handling of the entire situation within the pandemic, which they strongly believe affected the previous performance of the Grade 12’s.

DBE Minister Angie Motshekga made it clear that this year myriads of Bachelor’s Degree were achieved, and yet the Class of 2020 is to find out who attained such degrees and to see if they are admissible in the university of their choice.

Motshekga says the Class of 2020 performed well given the situation learners wrote their exams within.

The streets of South Africa’s been quiet since last week as the key believed to be to success is yet to be latched, literally today.

South Africans have mixed reactions about the performance of Class of 2020, hands are pointed to DBE.

Newspapers are to make available the results at 06:30 today and they will be available by 08:00 nationwide, statements will be collected from respective schools.

This is the time when one knows the important of education, it’s pity not everyone made it, but there is still hope as we develop from failure to success.

Streak of luck to the Class of 2020, those who’s made it felicitations and those who haven’t, it’s never too late.

God bless South Africa!
