Steelpoort – Glencore Public Limited Company’s launching a business hub in Limpopo to expand small businesses in the vicinity of Limpopo to an extent where they can be able to offer their services to Glencore and also excel in doing so to other big cooperates.

“The hub is a move to assist small businesses to be able to grow to a level where they can offer their services to Glencore and other big businesses in the area,” said Conroy van der Westhuizen, General Manager CSR at Glencore Ferroalloys.

Glencore’s willing to support and upskill small businesses in Limpopo so that they would emerge competent in the cooperate world.

“Essentially this is a way of supporting and upskilling small businesses in Limpopo community to be in a better position to get opportunities to offer their services to bigger cooperates like Glencore,” added van der Westhuizen.

The official launching thereof would be on Wednesday, the 17th of March 2021.
