DVC invites matric holders to join its Learnership Programme

Dynamic Visual Technologies (DVT)’s Learnership Programme is a work based learning programme that leads to an NQF registered qualification. The programme is directly related to an occupation or field of work. DVT currently has two types of learnership programmes, namely;

  1. IT Systems Development, and
  2. Finance Bookkeeping

DVT learnership programmes are registered with the MICT SETA. Learners have the privilege of being mentored and coached by extremely qualified employees during their workplace experience. The training providers they use are industry leaders in the field of study.

When you join the Learnership Programme, you will become part of a 24 month (2 yeqr) programme with milestones and certifications including international certifications over this period; this will allow you maximum exposure to various technologies in order to assist you to make an informed career choice.

What you will get awarded after every 12 months:

Because the aim for the Learnership Programme is to have learners employable at the end, DVT have two parts to the programme which you must go through;

  • The first year, you will acquire NQF level 5
  • The second year, the same group will acquire NQF level 6 (equivalent to Diploma)

The company will take learners through a journey within the period that they are in the workplace. Here you get to incorporate what they learnt at campus and practice it in the workplace with the guidance of the DVT mentors.

The benefits of a Learnership Programme with DVT are that you get an opportunity to fast track gaining skills and knowledge and get to be mento red by industry leaders which differentiate their learnership programme from other learnership programmes. This programme will equip you with real work experience while studying – you get to study and get experiential learning, concurrently so!

At the end of the programme you will graduate, following your graduation, this programme will give you the privilege for an entry into DVT’s prestigious Internship Programme.

Requirements for DVC’s Learnership Programme:

  • Matric Certificate with Mathematics
  • No tertiary qualification
  • Strong academic results
  • A passion for information technology (IT) or finance
  • Committed to working hard and continuous learning

  • Specify the South African offices (from its four branches) you would consider for your Learnership Programme;
