Tracker Connect is offering an incredible opportunity for 8 young individuals to join their 24HR Critical Services Learnership.

This learnership, based at Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg, aims to equip unemployed youth with the necessary call centre skills, experience, and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Key Outputs of the Learnership:

The learnership program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical workplace experience.

By the end of the program, participants will have acquired 132 credits and developed the following competencies:

  • Becoming a one-stop call resolution employee
  • Capturing and updating information accurately
  • Maintaining customer service standards in a highly pressurized environment
  • Handling electronic communication effectively
  • Assisting with data integrity campaigns
  • Providing exceptional call centre services
  • Responding to inbound emergency calls in a professional manner
  • Activating and actioning events according to established policies and procedures
  • Coordinating and facilitating recovery activities nationwide
  • Offering detailed feedback to Tracker clients as needed
  • Logging information accurately in the relevant system
  • Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships through excellent telephone skills and etiquette
  • Identifying callers using set authentication rules
  • Providing continuous feedback to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal role players to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Following up on calls and queries within specified timelines
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental metrics
  • Ensuring accuracy and correctness of all data inputs
  • Adhering to quality standards in all call centre activities
  • Compiling inspection reports on unresponsive vehicles
  • Reporting any deviations from procedures to the Supervisor
  • Maintaining professional liaison with Tracker departments and service providers
  • Engaging in regular communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Providing feedback and assistance in resolving client complaints and queries



Minimum Requirements:

To be eligible for this learnership opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements;-

  • South African Citizen with a valid SA ID
  • Ages between 18 and 35 with no Criminal Record
  • Matric qualification with a minimum D/Level 4 symbol pass in English language
  • Currently unemployed and not studying full-time
  • Passion for customer service and a professional attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a desire and potential to learn
  • Ability to handle a constantly changing and pressurized environment
  • Willingness to work in a multi-skilled environment
  • Basic computer skills

Please note that preference will be given to applicants from designated groups in accordance with Tracker’s policies.

A minimal stipend will be offered as remuneration to cover basic expenses during the 12-month duration of the learnership.
