Centres: Civic Centre Clinic / Stanford Terrace Clinic/ Ngangelizwe CHC/ Mthatha Gateway Clinic/ Tsolo Clinic/ Ntshabeni Clinic/ Baziya clinic/ St Lucy’s Gateway Clinic/ Mbekweni CHC/ Mhlakulo Clinic/ Mqanduli CHC
Closing Date: 05 September 2023
Purpose of the Position:
To capture incoming clinical data on clients rendered service from the facilities, mobile and outreach teams; Maintain electronic database for data submitted; Check data correctness, completeness, consistency and data verification by liaising with relevant staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pull and file client folders
- Data capturing
- Quality assurance
- Linkage to care
- Attend workshops, meetings and trainings as required
- Data verification and reporting
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Data Monitor
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (level 4 qualification)
- National certificate and/or training in the HIV AIDS and STI programme
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Beneficiary of DREAMS
- Background or interest in HIV and public health
- Proficiency in English and isiXhosa
- Clear criminal record
- Must reside in proximity of identified health facility
Additional Requirements:
- All Candidates must be between 18-24 years
- Candidates must reside within 5kms from the clinic you are applying for
