2023 Sales Representative Learnership
We are looking for 6 Sales Rep Learners; 2 in the Western Cape and 4 in Gauteng.
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree in Science and/or Business, Marketing or Equivalent is preferred
- English: fluent spoken & written
- Local language: preferable
2023 Business Administration Learnership | Regulatory Affairs
The Regulatory Affairs (RA) Business Administration Learnership aims to provide experience and exposure to our RA business. The learner will provide support to the RA department to ensure timely submissions and approvals of amend-ments in line with the submission plan and to meet regulatory objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) and Science Degree.
- Honours or Master’s Degree with exposure to Regulatory Sciences or experience in Regulatory Affairs will be an advantage.
2023 Business Administration Learnership | Finance
The Finance Business Administration Learnership aims to provide experience and exposure to our Finance business. To support the IM South Africa finance team in their activities with a focus on business planning and analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or 4-Year University Degree required preferably in Finance or related field
- Chartered Accountant (Preferred)

The Legal Business Administration Learnership aims to provide experience and exposure to our Legal business. To provide support to the Legal with support across the various areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- LLB Degree
2023 Business Administration Learnership | QA
The QA Business Administration Learnership aims to provide experience and exposure to our QA business. To provide support to the QA department to ensure timely batch releases and to meet with quali-ty and regulatory objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Science Degree
- Basic Pharmacy Assistant or Post Basic Pharmacy Assistant qualification
2023 Business Administration Learnership | Medical Affairs
The Medical Affairs Business Administration Learnership aims to provide experience and exposure to our Medical business. The learner will provide support to the different divisions with day-to-day activities and through the exposure gain an overview of, insight into, exposure to and experience in the overarching function of the Medical Affairs Department.
Minimum Requirements:
- MBChB, BPharm, or other Post-Graduate Degree in Health/ Life Sciences field.
- Masters/ Doctoral level degree preferred (MSc, PharmD, PhD, MD).
NB: In order to be considered for the learnership:
- No prior work experience is mandatory
