- Completed Level 4 on the following field: Information Technology (IT)

Example: Information Technology (IT) TVET Placement, Siyabuswa. - Certified ID copy (Not older than 3 months).

Level 4 Results or College History form. - Proof of Residence (reflecting your name & surname on it) or alternatively an Affidavit confirming your residential area.
