We are excited to announce that we are offering an NQF 3 Learnership programme in retail sales or butchery that will run for 12 months in various stores in South Africa for Recent Matriculants. The fixed term contract will provide all learners with workplace experience underpinned by a carefully designed training programme that allows one to gain valuable work experience and explore career paths within the Retail World.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong potential in time management, interpersonal & communication skills and must have a passion for the retail environment.
Requirements:
To be eligible for the programme, the below minimum requirements apply;-
- Candidate must be a South African Citizen by birth
- Completed Matric qualification
- Must be unemployed and have 0 – 1 Year working experience
- Must be 26 years old or younger
- Willing to work retail hours (weekends, busy trading periods such as Christmas, public holidays etc. )
- Not registered for the same program at the SETA before / not currently registered with any SETA for any program
Start date for the programme is 27th May 2024
