Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage various Supply Chain / OPS related reports
- Support CSA (consignment stock assistants) team in field
- Engage cross functionally (Customer Care, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Warehouse etc)
- Drive and support consignment stock management + daily OPS activity
- Perform analysis, identify root cause and suggest possible solutions
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Some stock/OPS related experience
- Driver’s license
- Detailed and analytical
- Pro-active mindset and solution driven
- Holistic thinker
- Advanced MS Excel level
- Able to perform and remain calm under pressure
- Good organisational skills
- Confident
- Good communication skills
- Good time management
