Requirements:
- Knowledge and interest in Personal Injury Law and Civil Litigation;
- Completed LLB;
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans (3rd Additional Language would be an advantage),
- Ability and willingness to travel;
- Administrative skills
Job Accountabilities:
- Court attendances, assist with trial preparation, briefing of counsel and drafting and interpreting of legal documents;
- Working directly with clients to develop and maintain client relationships on regular basis;
- Conducting legal research and investigations to ensure success of matters and formulation of legal opinions;
- Attending to consultations with clients and note-taking:
- Drafting of letters, pleadings and other legal documents;
- Attending to pre-trials, inspections and expert consultations.
