C&A Friedlander Attorneys is an established, dynamic practice offering a wide range of specialist legal services.
We are looking for a candidate attorney to join one of our litigation teams based at the Claremont branch.
The team focuses primarily on commercial litigation, construction disputes and commercial law.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has already commenced their articles with a top-tier firm and is looking for an opportunity to cede their practical vocational training contract.
They must have a strong academic background, should display a technical understanding of the law as well as having sound commercial awareness.
They are able to succeed in a fast-paced team environment where their communication, writing and administrative skills will be essential to their success within the team.

We have offices in Cape Town, Tygervalley, Noordhoek and Claremont and are looking to appoint Candidate Attorneys for 2024.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Computer literacy
- Demonstrable experience in supporting a litigation team/attorney
- General knowledge of and exposure to the Lower and High Court procedures
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language
