We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our clients as a Candidate Attorneys in the year 2025.
As a Candidate Attorney, you will work under the supervision and guidance of our experienced attorneys, gaining exposure to a wide range of legal matters and developing your skills in various areas of law. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
- Attend court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and settlement conferences, to observe and assist senior attorneys.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate case activities.
- Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and evidence for litigation proceedings.
- Assist with case management tasks, including file organization, document management, and maintaining case calendars and deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for litigation proceedings.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Qualifications:
- Completed LLB degree or final year law student finishing in 2024
- Strong academic record (must be included in resume)
