Vital Health Foods invites South African unemployed graduates in possession of the below qualifications to apply for Validation Technician permanent position.

Assist with the execution of validation related requirements such as but not limited to qualification activities and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety rules established by outside agencies, laws and within company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with execution of Validation activities
- Completion of System Impact, Component Impact & Validation Risk Assessments
- Completion of Design Reviews, Installation, Operational & Performance qualifications
- Completion of commissioning & decommissioning protocols
- Assist with the execution of Cleaning Validation Protocols
- Assist with the execution of Process Validation Protocols
- Assist with the development of User Requirement Specifications
- Assist with the development of Manufacturing Procedures
- Assist with annual allergen cleaning verification
- On an ad hoc basis assist production with investigations and corrective action close-out
Assist with root-cause analysis.
Requirements:
- Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant (Industry) or a BTech or BSc in Analytical or Organic Chemistry
- Knowledge of processes, policy, and procedures & systems
- Industry, equipment & technical knowledge
- Working knowledge of cGMP & GEP
- Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational & communication skills.
