We are seeking a talented junior scrum master with experience in audit, accounting, or financial industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Project Management/Best Practices ensuring that the Scrum team follows the processes that were agreed upon. Ideally someone who is able to analyse data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to improve business performance. Experience with Power BI and Excel to analyse data will be advantageous.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Keep all Parties on Track and Informed
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices
- Use Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and reports for data visualisation
- Able to assist with UAT and Documentation
- Participate in the planning and execution of ad hoc measurable and impactful projects.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Accounting,
- Finance,
- Computer Science
- Or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a junior scrum master role
- Proven experience using Power BI and Excel to analyse and present data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
