Well established company looking for an enthusiastic SHEQ Manager to join their Team.
Duties:
- The SHEQ Manager is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company’s SHEQ System.
- Monitors the implementation and adherence of ISO and other quality standards.
- Certification on above standards of the ISO system is done yearly by external auditor and that the certification are maintained for all areas of the Company.
- Ensure Health & Safety Committee meetings are held regularly and documented.
- Maintain a high standard of SHE compliance by doing regular inspections and making sure corrective actions are implemented.
- Will be responsible for both of the company’s branches in Olifantsfontein and Paarl (Western Cape) branch.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Post Matric Qualification would be an advantage
Requirements:
- 5 Years’ experience performing duties at a managerial level
- Good understanding and knowledge of ISO Standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Experience within the production and operational environment in the chemical / food industry
- Must have own reliable transport
