Our Client is seeking a Junior Support Consultant, who will be responsible for performing simple tasks on their in-house system.
Perform simple well-defined end user support tasks as defined by the process requirements as directed by the team leader.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- National Diploma (IT/Eng Preferable)
Competencies:
- Planning and organising skill
- Attention to detail
- Structured problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work largely unsupervised
- Good time keeping
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers and team members
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- IT related experience and training
- Use of standard desktop applications e.g. Internet, e-mail, Word, Excel
