Our client is an international company, specialising in supply chain planning software development aiming to be the #1 DDMRP trainer globally, providing the most adaptive and reliable DDMRP supply chain planning application while supporting clients on their DDMRP journeys.
They are currently recruiting for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join their existing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the daily import of Data into the system was successful.
- Manage customer communications for support issues.
- Update the Client Issue Portals (Trello, Jira) on current outstanding issues.
- Update clients on outstanding issues.
- Continuous testing of the system.
- Prepare and present webinars on system functionalities and new features.
- Keep help files updated to provide clients with the best possible assistance.
- Attend to client and internal meetings.
- Prioritising of client issues.
Desired Experience and Qualification:
- Grade 12
- A relevant degree in Supply Chain or IT
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid driver’s lisence
- Reliable transport
