We invite an eager, proactive individual to enhance our team, ideally someone driven, with outstanding communication skills and an exemplary academic background. This role is pivotal in scouting and evaluating new investment avenues, offering a unique vantage point akin to that of a quasi-Investment Bank and exposure to a broad spectrum of investment banking activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) or Bachelor of Business Science with a focus on;-
- Finance,
- Accounting,
- Investments,
- Or related fields.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification: Level 1 completion.
- Honours or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Investments, or related fields.
Technical/Professional Knowledge:
- Management of deal pipeline.
- Comprehensive research capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial statement and investment analysis.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Commitment to aligning with success metrics.
- High accountability and drive for results.
- Effective high-impact communication skills.
- Strong work ethic paired with unwavering integrity.
