Join our dynamic team at EAS as a Technology and Information Systems Graduate. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our business needs, managing project-related tasks, providing essential product support, and working closely with developer vendors on software development and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirement Analysis: Effectively gather and document business requirements to understand and meet our organizational needs.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the administration and coordination of projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
- User Support: Provide basic product support to end-users, resolving issues and enhancing user experience.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work collaboratively with developer vendors to oversee and maintain software builds and upgrades, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Information Systems,
- Computer Science,
- Or a related field.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- A keen learner, ready to adapt and grow in a fast-paced technology environment.
