We are looking for a dynamic and energetic IT Junior Support Technician at our Head Office in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria. He/she will be required to assist with technical support, software support, hardware support, network management and administration of all IT assets. Ongoing training for end users to raise company-wide computer and system literacy is a core component of this position.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Matric
- A+ and N+, MCSE, IT Diploma, Degree, or any related formal training
- Similar experience through learnership programme.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 Years work experience
- Active Directory, IIS, Domain Controller
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Server 2016
- Virtual Machines (Hyper-V)
- Microsoft Exchange 365, POP3 and SMTP mail servers
- IT Security & Antivirus
- Networking, MikroTik and Unifi Systems
- PC Installation and Hardware fault finding
- CCTV system
- MAC OSX
