What You’ll Do:
As part of the team of Talent Partners, you will support primarily with building the database of candidates, across a variety of sectors and roles.
You will engage with the candidates via email and on the phone, and ensure the records on our candidate database are up-to-date. This is a great role for someone who likes communicating and building relationships, with an interest to develop their career in the recruitment space.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ensuring the candidate details on the database are up-to-date
- Proactively reaching out to candidates via email and phone
- Advertising our roles, to drive candidate engagement
Who You Are:
- Great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Extremely customer centric, giving our candidates an outstanding service
- Process driven, managing candidate expectations and delivering to deadlines
- A team player with the ability to work well with a wide range of people
- Happy to become a subject matter expert of our chosen database tool – Vincere
