Browns the Diamond Store is offering a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in the exciting luxury and retail industry. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about human resources and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR-related information, such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the HR team in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Help coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
- Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets and related documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Organisational Psychology,
- Clinical Psychology
- Or a related field.
- Honours Degree is preferred
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Honours degree is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
