We are seeking motivated graduates to join our team as Call Center Digital Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide excellent customer support through digital channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via digital channels.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
