- A tertiary qualification, with a strong focus on Information Technology/Computer Science
- Experience with Oracle / Linux / PL/SQL / Java (advantageous)

- Assist Developers with any technical decisions
- Assist Developers with coding / programming
- Perform coding / programming as prescribed
- Prepare accurate and timely defined reports within the defined timeframes
- Communicate in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Be solution focused – brand ambassador
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Receive instructions from your Manager / Developers and act on it diligently and effectively
