Trainee Service Advisor
Location: East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa
Salary: R8 000.00 per month
Our client a leading Motor Dealership in East London has a vacancy for a Trainee Service Advisor to ensure Customer satisfaction. This is a Front line, on the feet all time job. The successful candidate must be Energetic, Professional, well-presented and have a passion for Customer Service with strong communication skills
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills (Xhosa advantageous)
- Must have customer relation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Technical knowledge of the automotive industry
- Previous experience in dealing with Customers
