HR INTERNSHIP x 2 (1 Year Contract)
Key Performance Areas:
- The successful candidate will be required to assist with Human Resources related duties such as, but not limited to recruitment, welfare, staff function, industry relations and learning an development.
- The incumbent should be an organized and process driven individual.
Knowledge and Skills:
- The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and as part of a team and adhere to set deadlines.
- He/she must have excellent command of English language, excellent written, grammatical and communication skills, self-motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Assist with daily Human Resources related queries from staff.
- The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Officer in terms of daily activities and/or tasks as well as to monitor the productivity and quality of your work
- The incumbent will also be responsible for the ordering of stationary supplies for the Human Resources Office.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have a completed Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, preferably an unemployed graduate with no previous working experience.
